Opening of the CLUB VIVA MAYA hotel, located in Playa del Carmen (Mayan Riviera), Mexico.

Opening of the CLUB AZTECA hotel located, in Playa del Carmen (Mayan Riviera), Mexico. 

1999

Opening of the CLUB VIVA DOMINICUS PALACE hotel, located in Bayahibe, La Romana, Dominican Republic.

We assume the administration and operation of the CLUB VIVA TANGERINE hotel, located in Cabarete (North Coast), Dominican Republic.
